The plane carrying the head of state landed at Pulkovo International Airport. He was greeted by the Governor of Saint Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and other high-ranking officials.
During this visit, meetings with Russian leaders are planned, as well as participation in a session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. Additionally, an informal meeting of the heads of states within the Commonwealth of Independent States is expected.
During the events, key topics concerning Eurasian economic integration, strengthening trade, economic and financial cooperation, developing cabotage transportation, and energy cooperation will be discussed. Priority areas of interaction within the CIS will also be considered.
At the end of the visit, relevant decisions and documents regarding the agenda of the EEC session are expected to be adopted.
