This traffic light was developed and produced by the municipal enterprise "City Road Transport Infrastructure," as reported by the Bishkek mayor's office.
The laser backlighting significantly improves the visibility of pedestrians for drivers in poor weather conditions, such as fog and rain, which helps reduce the number of traffic incidents and increase road safety.
