During the monitoring conducted using the FGIS "Saturn," 76 cases of violations of pesticide application rules were recorded, for which 76 corresponding warnings were issued to the business entities.
The Administration carried out 14 unscheduled inspections initiated based on risk assessments, and one scheduled inspection. As a result of these activities, responsible individuals were held administratively liable in accordance with Article 8.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
Together with regulatory authorities, 28 attempts to illegally import pesticides and agrochemicals from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, totaling over 45 tons, were prevented. All prohibited substances were returned to the countries of origin.
