Emilbek Barpiev, a resident of the Talas region, became known for his "smart stove." Our correspondent spoke with the 65-year-old man from the village of Cholponbay in the Aitmatov district.

Emilbek shared that he and his wife got married in 1989. "We were brought together by relatives, and after a short acquaintance, we decided to have a wedding in winter, in January. We have three sons and three daughters. We are happy that we have grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Two daughters and two sons have already started their own families and are raising children, while one son is studying at university, and one daughter has gone abroad. We pray that they find their happiness. I have been involved in construction and craftsmanship for over 40 years. Many houses and their finishes are my projects. I do not limit myself to just construction; I also develop convenient layouts and advise on quality materials. For this, I have received many blessings and good wishes from people," he shared.

Three years ago, on the recommendation of friends, Emilbek began beekeeping. "I really enjoyed this activity. I discovered the amazing world of bees and became fascinated by it. We sell honey for 500 soms per kilogram, and we also consume it ourselves and share it with our children and daughters. This hobby brings me joy, and I would recommend people of middle age to try it," he noted. His daughter also posted a video on social media about the "smart stove" that Emilbek designed for his home. The video became popular and garnered many views. After that, he decided to share his experience and daily work with the youth to show how one can create something with their own hands.

As for the "smart stove" itself, Emilbek noted that when ash is removed, dust rises in the house, leading to dirt. "When I started building the house, I specifically designed the stove with a reinforced base and an external opening. I fenced off this area by creating a small canopy. When installing the stove, I closed the opening with a metal flap that opens and closes. When the stove is working and ash accumulates, it is enough to open the flap, and the ash falls into the prepared place. Then we can easily clean this area from the outside. Thanks to this, the space around the stove remains clean. In construction, new solutions can always be found based on experience," he explained.
