The draw to determine the order of inclusion of registered candidates in the ballot for multi-mandate constituency No. 13 took place at the Central Election Commission.
During the event, a lottery was also held to distribute free airtime on state television channels and print space in state-controlled publications.
In addition, the candidates signed a memorandum confirming their participation in the repeat elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for March 1, 2026.
Participation in the draw included not only the candidates but also their authorized representatives, as well as observers from the media and public organizations.
It is important to note that the process of determining the order of candidates on the ballot occurs after their registration is completed and before the final version of the ballot is approved.
As a result of the draw, the sequence of candidates on the ballot was established. The protocols and the text of the memorandum have been published on the official websites of the Central Election Commission.
