As the president noted, there have been instances of ballot stuffing and other interference in the electoral process in the past, but such situations are now excluded. Voters can cast their votes at the nearest polling stations without spending time traveling to remote regions like Alay or At-Bashi if they do not have the opportunity to do so. The president also emphasized that modern technologies will be implemented in future elections, which will continue to improve.

“There is now the possibility to vote using a digital passport in the Tunduk application. The procedure is fully automated, and I myself completed biometric registration and cast my vote in five minutes. Interference in the electoral process is excluded. The issue that remains relevant is voter bribery, but the relevant authorities respond promptly to such cases,” he added.

The president also mentioned the possibility of voting for citizens living abroad. This year, about 100 polling stations have been opened in various countries, including the USA, Russia, and European countries.

“I urge everyone to actively participate in the parliamentary elections. Your vote matters for the future of Kyrgyzstan,” emphasized Sadyr Japarov, calling on citizens to support the state's commitment to conducting fair elections and fulfilling their civic duty.
