The introduction of the new leader took place under the guidance of the deputy authorized representative of the president in the Jalal-Abad region, Urmatbek Samaev.
Nurlan Eshmukambet uulu was born on April 6, 1974, in the village of Bolshevik, located in the Kochkor district of the Naryn region.
In 1996, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University with a degree in "Accounting, Control, and Analysis of Economic Activity".
