According to information provided by AKIpress, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree appointing Zarylbek Tynybek uulu as the head of the state administration of the Bakai-Ata district in the Talas region, based on paragraph 6 of part 1 of article 70, article 71 of the Constitution, and article 8 of the law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies." This measure was officially formalized on March 6.
The authorized representative of the president in the Talas region, Ermat Jumayev, introduced the new akim to the local community.
Zarylbek Tynybek uulu, the new akim, was born in 1990 in the Bazar-Korgon district of the Jalal-Abad region. He received higher education, studying at the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn from 2008 to 2013.
