The new building will consist of 7 floors, 2 of which will be underground.
1 billion soms have been allocated from the stabilization fund of Kyrgyzstan for the implementation of the project. In addition to construction, the acquisition of modern medical equipment and furniture is planned.
The state enterprise "Kyrgyzstroyservice" is responsible for the construction of the hospital. The underground floors will be used for parking cars and housing medical equipment.
The structure of the building includes several blocks:
In Block A:
1st floor: Consultative-Diagnostic Department (CDD) and hospital administration.
2nd floor: Pediatric rheumatology (20 beds) and cardiac surgery for newborns and young children (20 beds).
3rd floor: Department of heart rhythm disorders and vascular surgery (20 beds).
4th floor: Cardiology (20 beds) and department of chronic heart failure with transplantation (20 beds).
5th floor: Rheumatology department, blood transfusion department, and a conference hall for 200 seats.
In Block B:
1st floor: Department of invasive diagnostics and treatment of acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
2nd floor: Pediatric cardiac surgery.
3rd floor: Adult cardiac surgery.
4th floor: Therapy with pulmonology, cardio-endocrinology, and cardio-nephrology.
In Block C:
1st floor: Reception block with registration and cardioreanimation department.
2nd floor: Pediatric anesthesiology and cardiac surgical resuscitation with an operating block.
3rd floor: Adult anesthesiology and cardiac surgical resuscitation with an operating block.
4th floor: Rheumatology department.
5th floor: Transplantation department and laboratory for immune typing.
Currently, the existing building of the Southern Regional Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery is located in an industrial zone. Last year, this center alone served over 8,600 patients and performed more than 1,000 heart surgeries.
