These changes pertain to relationships that arose from January 1, 2026.
A decision by the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 19, 2025, which amends the rules for a number of pharmaceutical and medical products used in public procurement, has been published on the legal portal of the EAEU.
As a result of these innovations, 56 product names will be added to the Eurasian Register of Industrial Goods. Among them are 31 items, including synthetic fibers, needles, prostheses, urostomy bags, ultrasound scanning devices, medications, and pharmaceutical substances, which will be included based on the fulfillment of specific production conditions and technological operations. Additionally, 25 products, such as medical masks, bandages, syringes, surgical materials, hearing aids, and fire extinguishers, will be included upon the availability of a certificate of form ST-1.
Furthermore, the validity period of Appendix No. 11 to the Rules, which contains the list of goods for inclusion in the Eurasian Register based on the certificate of form ST-1, has been extended until the end of 2026. However, for certain types of products, this period is limited to June 30, 2026.
The Eurasian Register of Industrial Goods is being created to ensure access to public procurement in the EAEU countries, where preferences, restrictions, and prohibitions on goods from other member states and third countries apply. To be included in the Register, it is necessary to follow the established algorithm.
