- After London, Zelensky headed to Brussels for talks with NATO leaders, the European Commission, and the European Union.
- France protested against the use of Russian assets frozen in the country's private banks as a "reparations loan" for Ukraine, as it holds the second-largest amount of assets from the Russian Central Bank.
- On Monday night, Russian troops struck Ukraine using drones; as a result of the attack in the Kryvorizhsky district, a 51-year-old man was killed, according to rescuers.
- In Akhtyrka, Sumy region, a nine-story residential building was hit by drones, resulting in injuries to seven people, some of whom managed to take shelter in the basement where a strong fire broke out.
- In Chernihiv, apartments were also damaged as a result of drone attacks; rescuers reported three injured.
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced candidates for the position of the new head of his office to replace Andriy Yermak, who left the post. Among the contenders are Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, head of the GUR Kyrylo Budanov, Deputy Head of the Office of the President Pavlo Palisa, and Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsia.
- Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree calling up reserve citizens of Russia for military training in 2026.
