White House: Most points of the peace plan for Ukraine have been agreed upon

Levitt noted that only a few unresolved issues remain, which the teams continue to work on. On November 24, "RBK-Ukraine" reported that the delegations of Ukraine and the USA managed to reach an agreement on most points of the peace agreement during a meeting in Geneva, as well as make changes to several contentious issues.

According to the publication, questions regarding territorial aspects and the possible accession of Ukraine to NATO should be discussed at a personal meeting between Zelensky and Trump. In turn, Reuters reported that Zelensky is likely to visit Washington before the end of the current week.

However, Levitt informed reporters that a meeting between Trump and Zelensky is not currently scheduled. She emphasized that Trump "maintains hope and optimism" regarding the achievement of a peace agreement with Ukraine, adding that the teams are working continuously to complete this process.

According to Axios, the peace plan was developed by Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff and Putin's special representative Kirill Dmitriev, without the involvement of the Ukrainian side. The plan includes, in particular, transferring all of Donbas under Russian control, reducing the number of Ukrainian armed forces, and Ukraine's refusal to join NATO.
