The highest average price per square meter for new apartments has been recorded in the Suhbaatar district and amounts to ₮5.9 million (approximately $1,665.72).
Compared to 2024, the highest price increase for new apartments is observed in Songinokhairkhan — 6.9 percent, while in Chingeltei the increase was only 0.2 percent.
For old apartments in the Suhbaatar district, the average cost is ₮4.97 million (approximately $1,403.16).
Compared to the previous year, the highest price increase for old apartments was recorded in Khan-Uul — 18.8 percent, while in Bayangol this figure was 10.2 percent.
Overall, prices for new apartments increased by 11 percent year-on-year, while the cost of old apartments rose by 13.9 percent.
