High school students in the 9th, 10th, and 11th grades from general educational institutions in the capital are invited to participate in the Olympiad. The final results will determine the top one hundred contestants who will have the opportunity to participate in the final round.
The main goal of the Olympiad is to increase the level of financial literacy among youth, develop skills to identify suspicious financial transactions, and prevent the involvement of teenagers in various fraudulent schemes.
Awarded participants who become winners and prizewinners will have the chance to participate in summer and winter schools on financial security, which are organized annually by the Center for Inter-Olympiad Training of Schoolchildren and Students of the Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Moreover, they will be recommended for participation in the International Olympiad on Financial Security, scheduled to take place from September 28 to October 2, 2026, in Krasnoyarsk, Russia.
