In Bishkek, seminars for teachers on ecology and tourism are being held, organized by the Republican Children's and Youth Center for Ecology, Local History, and Tourism under the Ministry of Education as part of the introduction of the 12-year education system.

According to the ministry, the main goal of these seminars is to enhance the professional level of educators and improve their methodological skills.

During the seminars, participants were introduced to current methods of environmental education, project activities, interactive approaches, as well as studied models of teaching tourism, the content of school tourism, and ways to organize tourist routes for students.

In the practical part of the program, Dr. Zamirbek Abylaev conducted master classes, where he demonstrated modern methods for developing eco-projects, creating eco-gardens, building mini-models of eco-houses, engaging students in practical research, and integrating environmental initiatives.

Additionally, practices for creating eco-areas in educational institutions, organizing eco-laboratories, implementing long-term practical projects, as well as preparing compost and recycling organic waste were presented.

The Ministry of Education noted that these educational activities contribute to improving the methodological training of teachers, effectively implementing the content of 12-year education, and practically developing the "Ecology-Tourism" direction.

The Republican Center plans to expand this activity to all regions of the country.
