The long-awaited premiere of the performance "Semetey" took place on the stage of the Kyrgyz National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after A. Maldybaev in Bishkek. This event was the result of collaboration between the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan and the Asian Cultural Center of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea.

High-ranking guests attended the opening ceremony, including State Secretary Arslan Koychiev, Deputy Prime Minister Edil Baisalov, Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy Mirbek Mambetaliev, his First Deputy Soyuzbek Nadyrbekov, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Kyrgyzstan Kim Kwan-jae, as well as leaders of Korean creative teams.

In his speech, the minister noted that the performance was executed in a modern format thanks to the joint efforts of Kyrgyz and Korean artists. He also added that the production was successfully presented on November 28-29 in the city of Gwangju, where it received positive feedback from the international audience.

Thus, the performance "Semetey" became an important cultural event, introducing viewers to a new perspective on traditional themes.
