For the organization of the holiday, 400,000 soms were allocated from the city budget. Gifts were presented to 250 schoolchildren for their achievements in studies and active participation in the cultural life of the school and the city. Additionally, the mayor gifted New Year's presents to children from large and low-income families.
The creative team of the city cultural center prepared a rich program for the children, which included a fairy tale performance as well as a concert featuring songs and dances.
