Present at the ceremonial event were the mayor of Manas, Ernisbek Ormokov, his deputy Marlen Turdukulov, as well as deputies of the local kenesh.
The festive event took place in the new administrative building, where 250 children gathered in the large hall, including honor students, winners of various competitions and contests, as well as kids from low-income families.
As part of the celebration, the children enjoyed theatrical performances prepared by the children's creative center "Ariet" and the Osh Regional Kyrgyz Drama Theater named after Barpy Alykulov. Fairy-tale characters accompanied the children on their journey through the world of music and dance.
At the end of the event, each child received gifts on behalf of the city administration and the city kenesh.
