The event was organized at the initiative of the presidential representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn region and the local akim. Among those present were the deputy representative Aydana Imanalieva, as well as the district akim Mirlan Kamchybekov and representatives of the administration.
During the celebration, artists from the Naryn Regional Drama Theater performed New Year's fairy tales, and students from the Jalila Sydykov Children's Educational Center delighted the audience with songs and dances. Additionally, the district film directorate screened a cartoon.
Furthermore, New Year's gifts were presented to 66 children from the regional representation, 50 children from the public fund "Ak-Talaa Aiymdary," and 70 children from the Ak-Tala district state administration.
