According to the press service of the Ministry of Education, high-ranking officials attended the event, including State Secretary Arslan Koichiev, First Deputy Minister of Education Mukhtarbek Baymurzaev, and Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration Kanat Sagynbaev.
From the regions of the country, 490 children were sent, selected through the Ministry of Education. They represented various social categories and were chosen for their achievements in Olympiads and other intellectual competitions.
The State Secretary conveyed greetings to the children on behalf of President Sadyr Japarov, who is currently on a working visit to Japan.
"Each of you has a high national spirit and inherited talents from your ancestors. May each of your days be filled with a quest for knowledge, exploration, dreams, and development! I wish that the New Year brings you confidence, joy, inspiration, and bright hopes," noted Koichiev.
During the event, a theatrical and musical New Year performance titled "City of Professions" was prepared for the children, and New Year gifts were also presented.
