High-ranking officials attended the event, including the authorized representative of the president in the Talas region, Ermat Dzhumaev, the mayor of the city, Nurgazy Asylbekov, and the chairman of the Talas city council, Kalyis Janibekov, who congratulated those present on the upcoming New Year.
In his address, the president's representative wished the residents of the Talas region prosperity and well-being, emphasizing the prospects for further development of the region. He also noted that in 2026, the Talas region will host official events on the occasion of Kyrgyzstan's Independence Day, which indicates the stable development of this region.
This year, the Talas square has been completely reconstructed: new asphalt pavement, sidewalks, and bike paths, as well as a modern lighting system have significantly improved the appearance of the city and created convenient conditions for its residents.
