Currently, the installation of reinforcement frameworks and the laying of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab are taking place. Additionally, work is being done on the installation of formwork and excavation for the foundation pit.
The total area of the complex is 225 hectares. According to the updated project, the area of the museum will be increased from 450 to 1500 square meters. The architectural style of the new building will combine national elements of the Kyrgyz people with modern architectural solutions.
According to the Ministry of Construction, "Manas Ordo" will become an outstanding cultural center of Central Asia, capable of accommodating up to 10,000 guests per day. The project includes the construction of an administrative center, a congress hall for 300 people, cottages with national motifs, as well as summer and winter kitchens, and venues for celebrations.
The project also includes the creation of a gallery with a commercial and recreational area and a cultural and community center that can accommodate up to 3,500 visitors.
This is the first reconstruction of the "Manas Ordo" complex in the last three decades.
The construction work is being carried out by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush," which is part of the Ministry of Construction.
