Representatives of all law enforcement and security agencies of the country were present at the meeting
On January 22, an interdepartmental round table on the topic "Prevention of offenses and suicides among the personnel of the security forces of the Kyrgyz Republic" was held at the Combat Training Center of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The meeting was chaired by Tairiel Otonbaev, who is the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the First Deputy Minister of Defense.
During the round table, measures for developing comprehensive approaches and coordinating practical steps aimed at reducing and preventing cases of suicide among military personnel were discussed.
The event was attended by representatives of various state structures, including the Ministry of Defense, the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security, the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Penitentiary Service, as well as the Ministry of Education, Science, Higher Education and Innovations, Culture, Information and Youth Policy, the Military Prosecutor's Office, the Main Directorate for Combating Economic Crimes of the State Committee for National Security, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims, as well as faculty members from KNU, BGU, KRSU, and other public organizations.
