The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The document was signed by the chairman of the STS, Alambet Shykmatov, and the rector of KRSU, Sergey Volkov. The main goal of the memorandum is to develop human resources, organize practical training for students, and enhance the qualifications of tax authority employees, as well as to expand cooperation in scientific and educational initiatives.

Within the framework of this agreement, it is planned to conduct joint scientific research, educational programs, seminars, and conferences, as well as provide internship opportunities for KRSU students in various divisions of the STS.

Alambet Shykmatov emphasized that signing the memorandum would be an important step in strengthening the connection between theory and practice. He noted: "One of our priorities is to prepare qualified specialists and implement modern knowledge in tax administration. We want students to be able to familiarize themselves with the practical aspects of the tax service during their studies."
Sergey Volkov, rector of KRSU, added that cooperation with the STS would provide students with the opportunity to acquire valuable professional skills and experience interacting with government structures.

"We always strive for a high level of practical training. Joint projects with the Tax Service will create new opportunities for students' professional growth," Sergey Volkov noted.

The signing of this memorandum paves the way for long-term partnership between KRSU and the State Tax Service, focusing on the development of education, science, and public service.

Additionally, the meeting discussed the prospect of creating an educational platform based at KRSU for advanced training in new areas of taxation within the EAEU framework. This platform is expected to develop a training system that will include the study of the regulatory legal framework and mechanisms for its application in the activities of EAEU entities.
