The number of visitors increased by 18.6% compared to 2024.
According to the data from the Border Service of Kyrgyzstan, in 2025, the country was visited by 20 million 978 thousand 965 foreign citizens.
This increase of 18.6% compared to the previous year indicates a growing interest in Kyrgyzstan among tourists, travelers, and entrepreneurs.
Here is the attendance statistics:
• 2023 — 17,480,097 people;
• 2024 — 17,682,929 people (an increase of 1.2%);
• 2025 — 20,978,965 people (+18.6% compared to 2024).
In total, in 2025, 37 million 50 thousand 223 people and 3 million 260 thousand 642 vehicles crossed the state border of Kyrgyzstan.
Despite the increase in the number of visits, border protection measures were strengthened. Last year, 28,593 people with invalid documents were identified, and 28,006 citizens were denied entry across the border.
