Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the president's press service, shared his opinion regarding the situation with the possible demolition of buildings in the Anar-Bak residential area, located near the capital.
According to him, a decision on demolition has been made.
He noted that there have been reports on social media about the dissatisfaction of local residents regarding the demolition plans during winter. These alarming messages were conveyed to President Sadyr Nurgozhoevich. The president paid special attention to this issue and instructed that no houses where people reside should be demolished until the winter period is over," Orunbekov added.
He also mentioned the words of Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev, who confirmed that the demolition of residential houses is not planned, and local authorities will only deal with the dismantling of illegally constructed foundations and unfinished buildings, as well as vacant structures.
