The Akimat informed that the demolition affected objects located in the residential areas of Ak-Ordo and Orok, which were built from 2021 to the end of 2025. Two illegal constructions in contour No. 67, located on the lands of the State Fund, were also eliminated. In addition, capital fences installed on five plots of land in contour No. 516 of MTU No. 109 were demolished.
However, the demolition work was temporarily suspended as the owners of the illegally constructed residential houses provided written commitments for the voluntary demolition of their properties by January 31. The Lenin Akimat noted that notifications demanding the voluntary demolition of buildings and foundations had been repeatedly sent to the owners of illegally constructed objects in the territories of MTU No. 109, No. 106, and No. 107, and efforts were made to clarify the situation.
