The man said: "I received my license 40 years ago and have significant driving experience. When the license replacement process began, I immediately started gathering the necessary documents. It took me three days of waiting in line to obtain certificate 083. However, when I went to the eastern department of the State Center for Vehicle Registration, I was told that it is impossible to replace my license without a permanent registration," he says.
According to him, for the last 15 years he has been renting a place and does not have relatives with whom he could register.
He added: "I don't even have a temporary place for registration. When I received my passport, I contacted an acquaintance and deregistered immediately after receiving the document. Now I don't know how to change my old license, which will soon become invalid," he lamented.
I work as a driver, and now I will lose the ability to pay for my apartment rent.The man is worried that he may lose his license due to this situation.
He also noted: "This is a vicious circle that our government has created for people like me. Most have their own housing or relatives, but not everyone does. And what are we supposed to do? My children live abroad, and I have no one here," he added.
