A complaint was received at the Call Center Kaktus.media from one of the readers regarding the lack of public transport in Bishkek.

According to the applicant, "at the stop at the corner of Aitmatov Avenue and Bokonbaev Street, almost all buses arrive full. This is observed at many stops throughout the city. People cannot get on the transport, and there is not even room for feet inside. This especially complicates life for schoolchildren and elderly people," he noted.

The person also took photos and videos capturing buses on routes No. 118, No. 203, No. 52, No. 55, No. 102, No. 10, No. 215, and No. 14.
