The conference is being held from January 21 to 23 in the capital of the country, New Delhi. It is organized by the Election Commission of India (ECI) in collaboration with the Indian International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) and International IDEA. The event is part of India's presidency in this international organization, which is scheduled for 2026.
In addition to representatives from Kyrgyzstan, the conference is attended by leaders of electoral bodies from various countries that are part of International IDEA, as well as from other states. The main goal of the event is to discuss current challenges and opportunities in the field of electoral administration, as well as to exchange experiences and best practices.
