Call Center: The Slippery Floor in the New Subway

A local resident contacted the Kaktus.media Call Center, reporting issues with the underground passage at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Shopokov Street.

According to her, "The new underground passage is very slippery. There is a warning sign in one place, but it is hard to notice. I ask that this problem be resolved before someone gets seriously injured. In our city, such issues are observed in all underground passages: either there is no lighting, or there are leaks, or, as in this case, a slippery floor. I would like it to be taken into account that people pass through these passages," she appeals.
