Kebekov also reported that, on average, throughout the past year, housing prices rose by 23.8 percent.
If we look at the data from January of last year, the average housing price was 102,000 soms (approximately $1,170), and by December it had increased to 126,300 soms ($1,440).
"In the first quarter, there was a stable growth rate of 1.4 percent. However, in April, the growth rate decreased by 0.6 percent, and in May it reached 1.7 percent," the specialist added.
September saw a significant price jump of 11.8 percent, which, according to Kebekov, is related to seasonal changes. In October, prices fell by 9.5 percent, but by December, they increased again by 18.4 percent.
Despite these fluctuations, the expert noted that there is a stable trend of rising housing prices overall.
