This resolution will come into effect on January 1, 2026
A new resolution has been adopted, which expands the list of workers in theaters and entertainment organizations who are entitled to a pension due to special working conditions. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy.
This document has been developed in accordance with the Law "On State Pension Social Insurance" and is aimed at improving the social protection of cultural workers, taking into account the specifics of their professional activities.
Now the new list includes ballet artists, performers of dance numbers in professional artistic collectives, and artists of mime and gesture theaters.
The Government resolution dated December 1, 1997, No. 694 has also been revoked.
