According to information from the land use control department, objects that are located outside municipal land have been discovered in the area where construction work is underway.
To date, more than 150 owners of such objects have been issued notifications regarding the need for voluntary demolition. In total, about 400 structures installed in violation of regulations are subject to demolition.
The department emphasizes that owners can independently demolish their objects to avoid additional costs and possible sanctions. The process of clearing the area will continue as the project is implemented.
