The mayor of Osh showed foresight by wearing rubber boots
Jenishbek Toktorbaev, the mayor of the city of Osh, conducted an inspection of the condition of the city polyclinic No. 2, as reported by the local mayor's office.
Following the inspection, the mayor issued a directive regarding the need for repairs at the facility.
The presented photographs show that not only the medical institution itself is in a deplorable state, but also the surrounding area. The mayor had to wear rubber boots to navigate a large puddle located next to the polyclinic.
