Appeal to the authorities via social media
Entrepreneurs working at the Osh market express concern about the potential need to repurchase trading spots after the relocation. They have reached out to local authorities through social media, asking for clarification on the situation.
According to them, they were previously promised that during the market's relocation, all existing traders would receive new spots free of charge. However, according to unconfirmed information, they will have to purchase trading areas again.
It is worth noting that this year, the relocation of the Osh market to a new location in northern Bishkek is planned, where construction work is already underway to create trading spaces.
