In Bishkek, a law on amnesty for buildings constructed without permission is being discussed. This was reported at a meeting by the deputy mayor of the capital, Azamat Kadyrov.

Deputy Erkeaiym Seitkazieva noted that there are still illegally constructed buildings in the city that have not been legalized under the amnesty. She also emphasized that some of them are located in protected zones according to the old master plan. In this regard, she raised the question of whether the protected zones have been changed in the new master plan and how the fate of such objects, which lack legal documents, will be resolved.

Azamat Kadyrov, the deputy mayor of Bishkek, explained that the buildings under consideration fall within the scope of the amnesty law. He added that these land plots belong to undefined zones. "As you know, a special commission was established in accordance with the president's decree. Issues related to these objects are regulated not by the master plan, but specifically by the amnesty law," he clarified.
