At the joint meeting of the parliamentary groups "Ala-Too" and "Eldik" on January 30, Isirailev noted that many migrants have been working abroad for 10, 20, and even 30 years, particularly in Russia.

In his opinion, they make a significant contribution to the economy of their country, and Kyrgyzstan should also support them. The deputy proposed to allow them to make social contributions of 1,000 to 2,000 soms, depending on their capabilities, to facilitate the accumulation of work experience.

Kanat Sagynbaev, the Minister of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration, reported that a pilot project recently concluded, which helped migrants start businesses at home with government support.

The head of the department added that the results of this project, initiated in 2023, were positive, and a new program for further implementation was developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy.
