According to them, the building is heavily worn and does not meet the necessary operational standards, making it unsuitable for further use.
An expert assessment conducted by the State Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction and Engineering Design confirmed that the building is unable to withstand seismic loads.
In this regard, the building will be transferred to the Ministry of Finance. In exchange for the old auxiliary yard, the theater is expected to be allocated a new plot of land within the city for the construction of a modern building.
The current location of the auxiliary yard is situated at the intersection of Osmonkula and Ogonbaeva streets.
