“With the increase in requests due to the replacement of driver's licenses, the situation has become critical. To get an appointment, one has to line up from 3-4 AM, and even then the number of people waiting can reach 300. Many do not manage to register their vehicles or replace their licenses,” he said.
According to him, there are no available time slots in the online queue for the coming weeks.
“Tickets for processing are no longer issued by 11 AM, citing that the queues are too large and they cannot serve everyone in time,” the resident added.
