According to the press service, about 100 children participated in the event, which was supported by the "Northern Lights" team.
"The children joyfully skated on the ice, experiencing bright emotions and positive impressions. Treats were also organized for them: compote and pizza. The main goal of this event was to promote children's health, encourage them to lead an active lifestyle and engage in sports, as well as to develop friendly relations and cohesion among the youth," the official statement said.
To ensure the safety of the event participants, medical specialists, staff from the juvenile affairs inspection, and educators were involved. The children were transported to the event by buses under the protection of the Patrol Service.
