The prize for the winner is 200,000 soms
As part of the preparations for the VI World Nomad Games in 2026, the State Agency for Sports of Kyrgyzstan has announced an international competition for the creation of ceremonial uniforms for the national team.
The organization of the competition is carried out by the Directorate for National Sports, which aims to find original design solutions that combine elements of ethnic heritage with modern trends.
The technical assignment for the competition includes the creation of a complete set: from traditional headgear to national-style costumes for both men and women.
Applications for participation will be accepted until February 10, 2026, and the winner will be awarded a cash prize of 200,000 soms.
It should be noted that the VI World Nomad Games, recognized as part of UNESCO's cultural heritage, will take place in Bishkek and on Issyk-Kul from August 31 to September 6.
