A mobile application being developed to support students in preparing for the National Test (ORT) was discussed at the Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan.

According to information from the agency, this initiative aims to provide equal access to test materials and create the same opportunities for all applicants in the country. The application is expected to contain questions on all subjects included in the ORT.

The development of the tasks is based on questions from previous years, compiled by the Center for Assessment in Education and Learning Methods (CAELM).

The project is currently in the verification stage. The launch of the application will take place after relevant specialists review its content. It will be available completely free of charge.

Since 2012, the ORT has been mandatory for admission to any higher education institutions in the republic, regardless of their ownership form. Candidates wishing to study on a grant or contractual basis must pass the main test, as well as an exam in the state language, and choose additional subjects.
