He noted that there are tariffs for the CHPP that apply to both the population and businesses. The transition to gas implies the use of a commercial tariff for this enterprise. Although the CHPP has undergone modernization in recent years, a complete system overhaul will take time, but such plans are in place.
According to the deputy head of the cabinet, the CHPP is currently experiencing a lack of pressure; however, if this issue is resolved, the transition to gas will become possible. Implementing this plan will take one to two years.
