According to the official, there are situations where one card is used by several relatives, for example, a 70-year-old daughter and her 90-year-old mother.
At the meeting of the BGK, Ulanbek Beishenbaev, the director of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure, reported on the possibility of revoking the preferential card "Tulpar," which is intended for travel on public transport.
He noted: "We encounter cases where, for example, a seventy-year-old daughter uses her ninety-year-old mother's card. In such situations, the cards will be canceled and not reissued."
For reference, "Tulpar" cards are issued free of charge and provide the right to travel on municipal transport for pensioners registered in the capital, disabled individuals, as well as postal workers of OJSC "Kyrgyzpost" during their working hours.
