According to information provided by relatives, the funeral of Desyatnikov will take place today, February 7, in Bishkek.

Recently, there has been discussion in the media and social networks about the possible existence of his citizenship of the Russian Federation, claiming that he obtained a Russian passport in 2009. Under current legislation, holding foreign citizenship can be a reason for the termination of parliamentary powers.

Despite losing his mandate, Pavel Desyatnikov continued to actively participate in the activities of the city council, attending meetings of the permanent commissions as an assistant to a deputy of the Bishkek City Council.
