Citizens, even if they are just "passing a bank card," "helping to transfer funds," or "giving access to their account," can be considered accomplices to the crime and are subject to criminal prosecution under the law.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, scammers are actively seeking droppers through various messengers and social networks, offering them "safe and easy earnings" with little effort.
The Ministry strongly urges citizens to remain vigilant and not to share their bank cards, as well as personal and digital data with strangers.
