In his first speech in the new position, Marlen Mamataliyev emphasized that he considers the new role a significant responsibility and intends to use all his knowledge and strength to serve the people.

The new speaker emphasized that the state must remain united, without division along regional lines. According to him, all 90 deputies represent one team and must act together.
“There should be no divisions or contradictions. We are united,” he added.
