In Russia, after a month of interacting with clients in the housing and utilities sector, the neural network began to pick up inappropriate language. Mikhail Viktorov, president of the National Association of Organizations in the Field of Information Modeling, reported that developers of the voice robot for management companies had to retrain the neural network due to its tendency to curse, he noted.

“I want to share a funny case. The neural network, during its training, already in the first month showed that it had learned to swear. As they say: you become like those you associate with. Therefore, we had to address this issue. Nevertheless, this indicates that we are actively interacting with our citizens,” he added.
