“56 Days,” thriller, premiere (February 18)
Chiara (Dove Cameron) and Oliver (Evan Jogia) meet in a supermarket on the eve of the lockdown. To avoid loneliness, they decide to self-isolate together. After 56 days, a corpse is discovered in the apartment. The police try to reconstruct the events that led to this tragedy, determining who became the victim and who the murderer is. The script is based on the bestseller by Catherine Ryan Howard, written during the real lockdown in 2020.
“The Mentalist,” mystical detective, premiere (February 16)
Polina Mikhailova, the main character of the series, appears to be an ordinary psychologist capable of analyzing people and noticing details. However, she has a unique ability: by touching objects or people, she can see their past. This secret is hidden from those around her, and Polina takes a job with the police to find her missing sister, collaborating with Captain Igor Vetrov, played by Makar Zaporozhsky. “Oderbruch,” detective, second season (February 22)
In a small settlement on the German-Polish border, the bodies of 248 victims of brutal murders are discovered in a field. The investigation is led by Inspector Stanislaw Zayak from Poland and German commissioners Roland Voigt and former police officer Maggie Kring, who grew up in these areas. “Chocolate on Hot Water,” historical melodrama, second season
The series is set against the backdrop of the Mexican Revolution, where Tita de la Garza (Azul Guaita Bracamontes) and Pedro Musquis (Andres Baida) are in love, but they are forbidden to be together due to family traditions. To cope with her feelings, Tita finds solace in cooking.
“Out of Place,” comedy, premiere (February 16)
The main character Igor knows that aliens have appeared in their village. Sergey Petrovich feels something is off and begins his own investigation. However, no one believes him, as the newcomers quickly integrate into local life: Igor finds people who will help the village, Father Agafon sets them on the right path, teacher Ira finds a kindred spirit in the optimist Roma, and shop assistant Lyuba finds a protector in the interplanetary hero Borya.
